Hello, I’m Garry. I offer integrative counselling in Maidstone and Teston, with face-to-face sessions and online support. Alongside counselling, I also offer hypnotherapy and IEMT.
My approach
My work is integrative. I draw from different ideas and methods so the therapy fits the person in front of me. The aim is to offer a calm, respectful space where you feel heard and able to work at your own pace.
